Now that the state legislature has had their say, Governor Charlie Crist has resumed negotiations with the Seminole Indian tribe to bring legalized expanded casino gambling to Seminole casinos in Florida.

CasinOmaha has now been closed by the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska and 205 people have been laid off. Residents in the area are concerned the closure will hurt the local economy.

The World Series of Poker is reaching its conclusion and the last few tournaments have started to wind down before the Main Event takes center stage starting on Friday.

Chad Brown has been close a couple of times and again on Tuesday he finds himself in contention for a bracelet in a Seven Card Stud event at the World Series of Poker.

With only one week left until the Main Event starts at the World Series of Poker the race for the bracelets is fast and furious, but so far this year players with multiple bracelets has become the norm.

The World Series of Poker is headed for home and three more bracelets have been given out. Bahador Ahmadi, Derek Raymond, and John Kabbaj have all won titles.
